Book an appointment by calling our customer service line. During the call, we will assess your treatment needs and urgency.

We utilise a call-back system, so if we are unable to respond immediately, kindly leave us a call-back request Mon–Thu 7.00–16.00 and Fri 7.00–15.00, and we will get in touch with you. Once you've submitted a call-back request, you don't need to contact us in any other way. One call-back request is enough. We will call you back from a City of Helsinki service number beginning with +358 (0) 9 310 .

Our customer service line operates Mon–Thu 7.00–18.00 and Fri 7.00–15.00. We answer cancellation calls and call back throughout the opening hours.

Cancellation appointments for those with a booking

If appointments become available with the professional you have already booked, you may receive an automatic text message about a cancellation slot, allowing you to access care sooner.

• If you cannot attend the appointment, reschedule your appointment.
• If you no longer need the appointment, cancel it.

This helps us offer appointments to others in need and improves the flow of our services. Thank you for your cooperation!

A penalty fee is charged for unused appointments that have not been cancelled.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment in Maisa or by calling our customer service line, tel. +358 9 310 51 400, Mon-Thu 7.00-18.00, Fri 7.00-15.00. You can also take care of your appointment matters at the dental clinic.

A penalty fee is charged for unused appointments that have not been cancelled. The fee is EUR 56.70. The fee can be charged when the person is 18 years old or older.

No penalty fee shall be charged if charging the fee is unreasonable, or if there is an acceptable reason for why the appointment was not cancelled.

There will also be no penalty fee if we have not notified you of the fees for unused appointments and we have not given instructions on how to cancel the appointment.

If you want to dispute the penalty fee you've received, follow the instructions below to apply for cancellation.

If the decision is positive, you will receive a credit note, which will be sent to your home. You will be notified of a negative decision by letter.
