Close to one hundred exhibitions focus on design during the year of World Design Capital Helsinki 2012 and the coinciding bicentennial of Helsinki as Finland’s capital.
The Social Services and Health Care will be reorganized
The City Council has decided to merge the Social Services Department and the Health Centre. A separate department will be set up for Finnish children’s daycare. The reorganization will be done at the beginning of 2013.
