The customer service of the city of Helsinki’s registry office is closed for visitors until further notice due to the coronavirus epidemic.

The registry office’s customer service is open from 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by phone +358 9 310 13700

Mail to the registry office can be left in the mailbox in the City Hall lobby, Pohjosesplanadi 11-13.

Protected e-mail can be sent to the city registry from https://securemail.hel.fi/ to helsinki.kirjaamo@hel.fi

Online banking codes are needed for logging in to securemail.

The unit register incoming documents and e-forward them to further processing. Customer service will give information on the phase of pending issues and decisions throughout the whole process.
