Contacting a health station

You can contact the health station online. We will reply to you as soon as possible during the opening time.

Process:

As a client of any health stations, you can now tell us what you need help with at any time by sending us an online message. We will answer you as soon as possible during the opening time. On questions sent on a weekday before 4 pm we will reply to you during the same day.

You will receive a text message once we have replied to you. If you don'r receive a message, please contact the health station by phone.

In the event of a severe and life-threatening illness or accident situation at any time of the day, call 112 for help.

If you have not used the health station's e-services before, please follow these instructions:

1.Sign in to the service using bank identification or a mobile certificate.
2.When you sign in to the City of Helsinki's e-services for the first time, you will be asked to register and provide your e-mail address and phone number. Go to Notifications and enable both e-mail and text messages as notification methods.
3.Fill out the e-services consent form. Check the option Please send me text messages (may include patient information), in order to receive text message notifications for messages that we send you.
4.In the next view that opens up, go to Contacting Töölö/Vallila health station and fill out the details.

If you have already used the health station's e-services before, please follow these instructions:

1.Sign in to the service using bank identification or a mobile certificate.
2.Fill out the contact form.

Using e-services on behalf of a child, spouse or other relative

In order to use the City's e-services on behalf of another person, you must fill out the e-services agreement/consent form. In addition to this, you will need a power of attorney if the person on behalf of whom you are acting is over 18 years of age. You can print out the forms using the links below. Please deliver the filled out forms to your local health station.
