Doctor's appointment

Health stations provide doctor's services by appointment. When you wish to make an appointment to see a doctor, contact your health station. See contact information under Related service points and contact information.

When you contact your health station, your situation is first evaluated by a nurse, who directs you to appropriate care. On the basis of the evaluation made by the nurse by telephone, the nurse may give you home care instructions, an appointment to see a nurse, a physical therapist or a doctor, or a telephone appointment with a doctor or a nurse.

Telephone health service 09 310 10023 (24 hours)
Visits to the doctor's office are free of charge. The fee for an unused or uncancelled visit is €40.30 for patients over the age of 15.

The Act on Client Charges in Healthcare and Social Welfare is renewed on 1 July, which will especially affect income-related client charges. For more information click the link below.
