Service Centres' Digital Guidance and Customer Computers

Service Centres are equipped with computers that are reserved for residents. They have an Internet connection and are also often connected to a printer.

You can book a digital guidance appointment, where you will receive guidance in using computers, programmes and the Internet. You can also bring along your own mobile phone, tablet computer or laptop.

At most Service Centres, the guidance is provided by Enter ry, an organisation offering peer guidance for the elderly in IT. Book an appointment by contacting the Service Centre's information service.

Guidance and using the devices is free of charge. Cost price is charged for printing.

This service is available at all Service Centres.

This service is intended for Helsinki residents who are retired or unemployed.
Those participating in the activities must have a valid Service Centre Card.
