The intensive outpatient unit, TEHO, is an outreach workgroup, which treats patients with schizophrenia in need of special support and patients with comparable psychosis, for a fixed period, in the evenings and on weekends too.
Patients are referred to the unit from the psychiatric outpatient care or from hospital.
Treatment forms are individual and group meetings and home visits. The unit also does consultations and support visits to the sheltered housing services of mental health rehabilitees.
Patients with schizophrenia in need of special support and patients with comparable psychosis.
The service is intended for residents of Helsinki.
Daily 8:00 - 20:00.
