The operations of the service centre are divided into four parts
- reception actions and arranging temporary housing at any time of day
- day centre activities (meals, hygiene, receptions by a social worker and a nurse, doctor's services, etc.)
- housing services, with the goal of enabling a more long-term housing solution
- active assessment, advice and guidance
Day activities
- open every day from 7: 30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- breakfast from 7: 30 a.m. to 9: 30 a.m.
- lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- dinner from 4: 30 p.m. to 5: 30 p.m.
- sauna and laundry room from 7: 30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- functional groups on Tuesdays
- day activities are intended for the homeless
Services of the social worker
- service plans and individual treatment plans concerning social services and benefits
- service plans and individual treatment plans for the service centre customers
- social workers are, mainly, available during office hours
Services by the nurses and the doctor
- reviewing and monitoring of the health state of the service centre's customers
- compiling a treatment or rehabilitation plan
- emergency duty reception, preventative work and drug treatment, when necessary
- health services are, mainly, available during office hours
