Liikkujax course for senior citizens

Do you feel like your physical condition has deteriorated? Is it challenging for you to cope with everyday life and move about outside?

The purpose of the course is to increase everyday sports activities through trying out various sports and encourage the participants to exercise regularly. The course has two individual and five small group meetings with a sports instructor in the Kinapori service centre.
