The Pairs of Photos exhibition

The oldest still active photography club in the Nordic countries celebrates its 125th anniversary with a charming exhibition of amateur photographers from three centuries.

Amatörfotografklubben I Helsingfors rf was established in 1889 by thirty enthusiastic amateur photographers. The club is still active, nowadays with about 130 members.

The Pairs of Photos jubilee exhibition brings new and old photos together, paring photographs from the club archives with contemporary interpretations of the same subject, location or atmosphere.
