Sports Hall’s customer service point for boat berth reservations closes, and the berth customer service staff moves to Vallila. In summer 2020, the customer service for berth reservations will be organised by phone and online. In the autumn, if the coronavirus situation allows, personal guidance services will be available by appointment.
You can contact the berth reservation services in the summer online at venepaikat.hel.fi, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and by phone on +358 (0)9 310 87900 (Mon–Thu 9 am–12 noon; closed on Fridays). In matters related to maintenance, you can directly contact Juha Hjelt (east) email@example.com and Tomi Bruns (west) firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payments will be taken care of via emailed invoices. If you wish to pay for your berth in cash, please contact the berth reservation services.
If the coronavirus situation allows, personal guidance services will continue by appointment at our new premises in Fredriksberg, Vallila (Konepajankatu 1). More details about the future policies of the customer service will be announced in August. In September, the berth reservation staff will also hold a customer event where all berth holders and applicants are welcome. The event will be announced at a later date.
