After your chat discussion, a pop-up will open on your screen with a short customer survey. It takes a few minutes to reply to it.
Replying to the survey is voluntary and free of charge. We will not collect any personal information in the survey.
You’ll find the oral health care’s chat on www.hel.fi/hammashoito. The language of the chat is Finnish. You can also ask questions in Swedish or English. We’ll reply to your inquiry in your own language if possible. You can fill in the survey in Finnish, Swedish or English.
