Disability outpatient clinic’s services:
To become a customer, contact your local disability services social worker.
The disability outpatient clinic reviews the service needs of disabled persons, conducts examinations and issues statements at various stages of life. One of the main forms of the clinic’s service is the planning and organization of rehabilitation services in cooperation with disabled persons themselves, their families and contact workers.
Other health and rehabilitation services for the disabled are provided by the City of Helsinki health care services.
To become a dental care customer, contact the dental care appointment centre, tel. +358 9 3105 1400. It is open Mon-Thu 7.00-18.00 and Fri 7.00-15.00.
When booking an appointment, the staff should be informed that the appointment is for a disabled customer in order to speed up the provision of care.
A minority of disabled customers may need special support and arrangements. These customers receive dental care at Kalasatama Health and Well-being Centre with a dentist referral.
