You can now receive appointment letters and other materials concerning health and social services electronically in Maisa. On the Maisa website, you will find instructions on how to edit your notification setting: Letters and appointment details only to Maisa (Link leads to external service)
If you want to continue to receive appointment letters and other materials by post, you do not need to do anything.
You can access Maisa online at www.maisa.fi.(Link leads to external service) The Maisa mobile app is available on the iOS and Android app stores.
