The service centre is an open meeting place for pensioners and unemployed people in Helsinki looking for someone to talk to, something to do, or support in their everyday lives.
Senior centres are a place for you to live, participate in rehabilitation programmes and engage in various activities. We provide our residents with good quality care around the clock.
In home care, we provide elderly clients with the support they need to maintain their independence at home.
In informal care, a family member or other close person takes care of an older person on a daily basis at home.
We provide 24-hour service housing in senior centres and service homes. 24-hour service housing can either be long-term or short-term.

Some of our social and healthcare services are subject to a fee. We also charge fees for missed appointments that are not cancelled.
We lend assistive devices to Helsinki residents aged 16 and above with impaired functional capacity.

Manage your health and social care in Maisa
In the Maisa client portal, you can find your examination results and the entries made by the physician. In Maisa, you can also book and cancel appointments and send messages to the professionals taking care of you.
