We provide services for immigrants who have moved to Helsinki, refugees, victims of human trafficking, and undocumented individuals residing in Helsinki. Our services include support for integration as well as essential and urgent social services.

Advisory service for Special Services for Immigrants
We support immigrants who have moved to Helsinki, refugees, victims of human trafficking, and undocumented individuals. You can also contact us anonymously.
Social services supporting integration
If your own resources or knowledge are not enough, we can help you manage daily life and settle in Helsinki.
Support for the transition to adulthood of individuals who arrived in Finland without a guardian
If you arrived in Finland alone, you can receive support until you turn 23.
Our services for victims of human trafficking in Helsinki
If you are, or suspect you might be, a victim of human trafficking, we can provide help and support.
Social services for undocumented individuals
These services are for foreign nationals residing in Helsinki who do not have a residence permit or a registered municipality of residence in Finland.
Health care services for undocumented individuals
As an undocumented individual, you are entitled to necessary health care, just like residents of Helsinki.
Toivolanmäki Family Community Home
This community home offers accommodation for unaccompanied minors who have a residence permit and a municipal placement in Helsinki.
Initial health check-up for immigrants
Our goal is to assess your health, identify any concerns early, and prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
Community social work
In community social work, we do resident and expert work, where we support the actors in your residential area and the communities' own resources.

How to submit a notification of concern? 

Are you worried about someone close to you? Do you suspect someone you’ve encountered may be a victim of human trafficking? You can submit a notification of concern if you are worried about someone’s well-being, health, or safety. We will assess the situation and provide them with support and services.

Compiled by the Sininauha Foundation, this illustrated guide brings together homelessness services provided by organisations in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The guide is available in Finnish, English, Russian, Dari, Arabic, Bulgarian, and Somali.

Ruoka-apu.fi is a shared announcement platform for food aid providers. The site provides up-to-date information on food aid events and communal meals near you.

Our emergency accommodation services provide shelter for one night at a time or over the weekend.
Support for Integration websit
The Support for Integration website (Kotoutumisentukena.fi) is intended for those working with immigrants. It allows you to search for and announce low-threshold activities supporting integration, as well as training opportunities for volunteers.
