You can reach us via phone or visit us in person at our Kalasatama location. If necessary, we can arrange for an interpreter to ensure effective communication.

Who are our services for and how can you contact us?
- You have recently moved to Finland and have a residence permit.
- You arrived in Finland as a minor, unaccompanied.
- You live in Helsinki and are a victim of human trafficking or suspect that you have been exploited.
- You live in Helsinki but do not have a municipality of residence or a residence permit.

Visit us
You can visit our service point at the Kalasatama Health and Well-being Centre without an appointment. The address is: Työpajankatu 14 A, 00580 Helsinki.
Our office is located on the first floor of the Kalasatama Health and Well-being Centre. The consultation rooms are 1001 and 1002. You will be served according to your queue number.
Opening hours:
- Monday to Friday from 8.15–16.00
- Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
If you prefer, you can receive advice anonymously. We can arrange for an interpreter if needed.

Use our electronic services
Through the Maisa service, you can submit an electronic application for services, or for example, supplementary social assistance.
To use Maisa, you must be able to log in with your bank credentials or mobile certificate.

How to proceed in Maisa:
1. Log in using your bank credentials or mobile certificate.
2. Once logged in, select "Menu" and then "Social Services" from the menu.
3. Select "Submit an Application" and follow the instructions. The application is for the Special Services for Immigrants.
If you are an official, you can use the protected client data form for Special Services for Immigrants. The submission requires the client’s consent.
