Social services for undocumented individuals

Social services for undocumented individuals are available to foreign nationals residing in Helsinki who do not have a residence permit or municipality of residence in Finland.

You can receive urgent and essential social services as well as guidance and advice on issues related to services for undocumented individuals.

The aim of our work is to ensure your physical and mental ability to function, as well as to provide you with sufficient information about the conditions for immigration. Our work enables you to pursue more sustainable solutions, either in Finland, your home country, or in a country where you have a residence permit.

We collaborate closely with health care services and ensure that you receive the necessary legal advice or legal aid for your residence permit matters.

You can contact us by phone or visit us in person at Työpajankatu 14 on weekdays from 8.15-16.00 without an appointment. If you wish, you can also remain anonymous when visiting us.
