Our dedicated work ability coordinators collaborate with you, your employer and healthcare professionals to maintain or improve your work capacity. They assess your ability to work, identify potential health risks associated with your job, develop and coordinate measures to support your work ability and create a plan for your successful return to work.
Our ultimate goal is to support and strengthen your work and functional ability while helping you navigate through various work ability support services. If rehabilitation services are necessary before entering the workforce, we can guide you accordingly.
Accessing our services is easy and straightforward. You do not need a referral, and there is a low threshold for getting started. Simply request your responsible worker, who may be employed by Helsinki Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division, Helsinki Employment Services or the TE Office, to contact us on your behalf.
