Our team of adult social work professionals is available to assist you when you face difficulties in your daily life or encounter various crises. We aim to understand your situation by conducting an assessment together with you, and provide the necessary assistance, support, guidance and advice.
You may need advice or support, for example in matters pertaining to your livelihood and finances, functional capacity, well-being or relationships.
Our services are tailored to your specific needs and are based on a comprehensive assessment and client plan prepared in collaboration with you. If needed, you will be assigned a designated responsible worker to support you throughout the duration of our services.
If you already have a designated responsible worker, you can contact them either through Maisa or during their telephone hours.
For those without a designated responsible worker, we provide phone services at the social work service point in your residential area Mon-Fri 8.15-16.00. These same telephone numbers also cater to authorities and other cooperation partners.
We also provide services face-to-face at the social work service point in your residential area without an appointment Mon-Fri 10.00-14.00. Please note that you may have to wait for your turn depending on the number of visitors.
Swedish-speaking adults over 30 years of age can access adult social work services at the Malmi service point.
