As of 14 April 2026, you will receive messages and letters from the City of Helsinki’s health and social services digitally not only in Maisa, but also in Suomi.fi Messages. Paper mail from authorities will remain an option for everyone.

Family centres support and promote the health and well-being of families with children by compiling regional services for families.

We have gathered the services families with children need in four physical and three networked family centres. In a physical family centre, services are available under one roof. In a networked family centre, you can find the services you need at the service points in your area of residence.
