In Financial Management, the customer service of salary calculation is congested. On Friday, 17 June, the telephone service resumed the extended service from 9:00 to 15:00.
City personnel can contact salary calculation by email, phone or an electronic form. Please submit only one service request per matter. We are currently prioritising the correction of significant salary miscalculations.
As a rule, the situation in salary calculation is updated on the city’s intranet.
The invoicing customer service of Financial Management does not respond to enquiries about salaries.
