You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via Maisa (maisa.fi) or by calling our client service line at tel. +358 9 310 51 400, available Mon–Sat at 7.00–18 and Fri at 7.00–15.00.
It is important that you cancel or reschedule your appointment in good time. This allows us to offer cancelled appointments to other clients and streamline our services.
A fee of EUR 56.70 will be charged for uncancelled appointments from clients aged 18 and over.
