A total of 53% of the respondents considered it important that it is possible for themselves or their family to use social and health services also in the evenings. As much as 81% of the respondents considered evening appointments quite important. This was the outcome of the customer survey conducted at the Myllypuro health and well-being centre this spring.
- It is great that the services of the health and well-being centre are also available in the evenings. Evening appointments make things easier especially for those who work during office hours and the parents of small children, said a respondent in an open-ended answer. As a rule, customers who have used the evening appointments have been satisfied with the service they have received.
- Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey. We want to take into account feedback from customers. The survey helps us prepare guidelines as we develop the services of health and well-being centres, says Project Manager Lars Rosengren.
