Help us improve our service at health stations – take the survey by 27 May

We would like to know how your visit at the health station went: did you get help for your problem, did people listen to you, did you receive clear instructions?

We would like to know how your visit at the health station went: did you get help for your problem, did people listen to you, did you receive clear instructions? We want to hear specifically about your experience because you are important to us.

If you have been a customer at a health station between Monday 25 April and Friday 13 May and have given us permission to send you a text message, you might receive one asking you to answer an online survey. You can also give your answers by using the paper form of the survey if you wish. You will have time to answer the survey until it closes on 27 May 2022.

Your response will be processed anonymously and confidentially. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.

The survey is carried out in cooperation with the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). We will use the survey results to assess and improve our services. THL will analyse the results on a national scale and use the data for research and the assessment of services. THL will publish the national results of the survey on their website.
