The city of Helsinki's telephone switchboard system will be updated on 18.3. The city switchboard number will remain the same (09 310 1691), and no action is required from customers. The city's service numbers will also be available as usual on the day of the update and beyond.
However, the system change may cause temporary congestion at the switchboard on 18.3. and the following day. Service on numerot.hel.fi may also be slower than usual.
