Christmas Eve sees a lot of people travelling to spend time with friends and family. If you need transport with Helsinki Transport Service on Christmas Eve, please remember to book it as early as possible. Disabled vehicle bookings for Christmas Eve should be made in good time, no later than 17 December 2023, so that we can ensure transport is available for customers with disabilities at one of the busiest times of year.
In particular if you require the use of a stair climber, we recommend booking your Christmas journeys as early as possible. Please note that our telephone service may be busier than usual and you may have to wait slightly longer for calls to be answered due to the large numbers of people travelling on Christmas Eve.
Journeys during the rest of the Christmas and New Year period can be booked as normal.
