Telephone support for customer fees gets new phone number in social and health care

The new customer fee telephone service number is 09 310 44610.

The new customer fee telephone service, tel. 09 310 44610, will serve customers of Helsinki health and social services on weekdays at 9:00–11:00 starting on Wednesday, 14 September 2022. The service has a callback service. Customers will be called back within two days.

The telephone support advises customers on matters related to customer fee decisions they have received. Customers can also contact the new telephone service to ask for a customer fee reduction or non-recovery, either for their own part or in general.

The support telephone provides information on customer fee for short service periods of purchased services provided by the city’s partners. The service also helps Helsinki residents in matters related to the payment of meal and grocery services.

The telephone support does not advise on matters related to invoicing, payment caps or invoice due dates. On these issues, please consult the Financial Management Services of Helsinki on these matters on 09 310 25300.
