Some of Heka’s apartments also have workspaces, and one of these apartments is available soon. You can apply for an apartment with a workspace with Heka’s rental application.
An apartment with a workspace is located in Malminkartano at Puustellinrinne 2 (3 rooms, kitchen, sauna, 113,5 square meters). Rent for the apartment is 1435,63 euros a month. The apartment will be available from 6 July, 2024.
You can apply for the apartment using Heka’s rental apartment application by selecting “apartment with a workspace” as your criteria. The applicant must have a need for the workspace, such as their own business. Please attach proof of your need for the workspace in your application.
