Dental care chat as part of the city's health and social services chat

Helsinki's dental care chat service has merged with the city's other health and social services chat service. You can now use the same chat service to ask about dental care, health stations and Senior Info, for example.

You can ask the chatbot for advice on dental and oral matters. If necessary, the chatbot will refer you to a live chat with a professional who can give more detailed advice and guidance.

The chatbot is available 24/7 and live chat is open Mon-Fri 8.00-15.00.

It is not possible to book appointments through the chat service. You can book an appointment by calling the customer service line at +358 9 310 51400 or using the Maisa client portal (maisa.fi(Link leads to external service)).

You can fill in a dental or oral symptom checker at omaolo.fi(Link leads to external service). If necessary, you can contact a professional on weekdays.
