If you an entrepreneur who has had trouble finding information on the city's website, your opportunity has now arrived to make a difference, as the City of Helsinki will be surveying the wishes of business owners for the city's renewed website with an online survey and panel discussion in early March.
The City of Helsinki is renewing its website with the aim to make it as easy and logical as possible for enterprises to find the information and services they need. The first hel.fi subsections, “Enterprises and entrepreneurs” and “For employers”, part of the renewed “Enterprises and work” section, were launched on 26 January 2022. New content will continue to be published at regular intervals in the spring and autumn of 2022.
We are assembling an advisory panel of entrepreneurs that we can turn to with questions such as: Do you think you would find the information you need in our preliminary navigational framework? Do you consider yourself a partner or client of the city, someone who utilises the urban environment, or something else? Where would you search for information in a situation in which you would want to sell your services or products to the city?
If you are interested in sharing your thoughts on these topics, please respond to our short Enterprises and work web survey or attend the advisory panel’s online event in English on Friday 8 April at 10.00. The first six people to sign up for an event will be able to attend, as this will allow every voice to be heard and give everyone enough time to discuss.
Answer the web survey and/or sign up for the panel by filling in the Enterprises and work online form today(Link leads to external service)!
