What do you think about the opening hours of health stations? Would you like to receive maternity and child health clinic services at the clinic or online? Should social services be available at smaller service points around the city or a few locations with a wider range of services? Please share your views on the services that are important to you by 15 November 2022 and help us design a better service network!

You can share your views on one or more services in the survey. Based on the responses, we will get an overall picture of what residents of different ages in different parts of Helsinki are hoping for from social and health care services. The survey will be carried out annually in the future. 

We will use the survey’s responses in planning Helsinki’s social services and health care. 

“Social and health care services are meant to support all Helsinki residents in the best ways possible. We are asking residents to express their wishes and needs to help us optimise our services in relation to location and scale. We want to ensure that our services are easily accessible and available to all,” says Facilities Services Manager Carl Slätis.

You can answer the survey in Finnish, Swedish, English, Arabic, Somali or Russian. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey. All responses are analysed and reported so that individual respondents cannot be identified from them.
