An online health check-up will chart your general state of health. You can carry out the check-up in the Omaolo health and well-being service.
Fill out a health check in the Omaolo service. If the check presents that you have an elevated health risk, you can send the results to your health station and they will contact you.
Follow these steps:
1. Carry out a health check in the Omaolo service at a time that is convenient for you.
2. Omaolo will give you further instructions based on your results.
If necessary, you will be referred for a more in-depth health assessment, or to medical, vocational or social rehabilitation.

In addition to the Omaolo service, you can request a referral from employment services for a health check-up, if necessary. Then book an appointment at your local health station. After a health check-up by a nurse, you will be referred to a doctor who will assess your work ability and functional capacity, if necessary. During the health check-up, you will be provided with a personal care or service plan.

- your are concerned about your health
- your ability to work and rehabilitation needs should be determined.
