Hey, young person, are you feeling bad? Help is available

We encounter situations that linger on our minds, causing worry and stress. These situations can include arguments with friends and/or parents, inappropriate behaviour by adults or friends, being left out of a group of friends, the substance abuse of others or yourself, or any other issues that are too difficult to deal with alone.

You can also use the Sekasin chat(Link leads to external service), Children and Youth Chat(Link leads to external service) (MLL) or call the Children and Youth Helpline(Link leads to external service) (MLL).

If necessary, please visit a Mieppi mental health clinic or your health station to talk to a professional about your situation, and they will assess the kind of assistance you need. You can come alone or with someone who is important to you or there for support.
