The NeRo maternity and child health robot answers your questions 24 h a day

The maternity and child health clinic chatbot NeRo is available again. You can ask the NeRo chatbot any questions whenever you like. The NeRo maternity and child health robot is available 24 h a day.

A public health nurse is on call at the Helsinki maternity and child health clinics’ chat service on weekdays from 12 to 14, as usual. During these service hours, you can contact NeRo and let it know that you would like to talk to the nurse. You can talk to the nurse anonymously via the chat, but the nurse may ask you to identify yourself, if necessary. This way, you can also take care of your personal health care matters when the nurse is on call.

The maternity and child health chatbot is available at: www.hel.fi/neuvolat. NeRo is only available in Finnish for the time being.

Please note that NeRo may not be able to answer all questions, but all questions will help the chatbot to learn and improve.
