Work ability assessment

Your work ability is based on your health. Skills and the operating environment also have an effect on your ability to work. A person who is able to work has a balance between individual qualifications and work requirements.

As a client of employment services, you will be asked for your own assessment of your work ability. Work ability can be assessed on a scale of 0–10 points, for example. Here, 10 points represents a situation where your work ability was at its best.

The assessment of work ability is crucial for us to be able to offer you precisely the services you need.

If you have a disability or illness that affects your job search or daily life, discuss the matter with your specialist. Also provide a recent medical report to your assigned specialist.
