The City of Helsinki cooperates with the HelsinkiMissio organisation, whose volunteers can help you with digital problems in your own home. Guidance is available to help you learn how to use your computer, tablet, mobile phone or TV, for example.

Our free-of-charge digital support is intended for all city residents who need help with daily digital issues. The city offers digital support in many different languages. The digital support may be onsite support at a service point or at home, or remote support.
