A new Heka location will be completed in Oulunkylä. The estimated completion date of the location is 30 June.
The application period begins on 1April. You can apply for these apartments by filling a Heka application on our website. If you already have a valid application, you can edit the application and add the apartments to it. You can find more information about the apartments on our marketing site. The tenant selection for the apartments will begin on 15 April at the earliest.
Käskynhaltijantie 38 will have 96 apartments, with sizes ranging from 30 square meter one room apartments to large family apartments. Most of the apartments are one or two room apartments. All the apartments are designed to be accessible. The kitchens have a dishwasher, induction cooker and a freezer-refridgerator. Most of the apartments have a glazed balcony. All the apartments include a warm storage space.
The building’s shared spaces include a club room, laundry room, drying rooms and storage spaces. Parking spaces are available in the local parking garage. Bicycle parking is available in the yard and in the ground floor storage spaces.
