Kiosk spots are sales spots intended for selling ice cream, grill products and other food items. The rental agreements for kiosks spots are fixed term. The kiosk spots for 2022–2029 have been assigned through competitive tendering. If any spots are free or become free, the city will announce the available spots on this page. Renting kiosk spots for 2022–2029
The rental agreements for kiosk spots are for a fixed term and have been assigned for 2022–2029 through competitive tendering on the basis of bids placed in an online auction. If any spots become available, we will announce it on this page.
Some kiosk spots have become available. The City will lease the vacant kiosk spots for the period 2025–2029 on the basis of bids placed in an online auction. The auctions for all lots will start on 7 March 2025 and end on 21 March 2025.
We will present the spots available for rent and the rental terms on the Huutokaupat.com website (in Finnish) at the start of the competitive tendering. The final rent for the kiosk spots will be based on the minimum rent and the bids placed in the auction. The auction will be for a monthly rent.

Good to know about kiosk spots
- Setting up a kiosk in an available spot always requires an action or construction permit. Read more about building permits.
- You can also sell food from a food truck, i.e. a mobile food establishment.
- Tilapalvelut leases out the city’s commercial facilities.
- You can terminate the lease agreement by submitting a written notice of termination (PDF in Finnish) to the Land Use unit.
- If you need to make any changes to the agreement, please contact the inspectors in charge of land leasing.
