This year, the City of Helsinki will distribute EUR 1,096,000 in resident engagement grants.
An info event will be held on the City of Helsinki’s resident engagement grants in Teams on Wednesday 24 March 2021 at 17:30–19:00.
Resident engagement grants will be awarded for the maintenance of community centres and for the coordination of their operations as well as for the development of structures and methods to improve resident engagement.
The resident engagements are awarded in three forms: general and operating grants can be applied for once a year and small grants throughout the year. The grants are awarded based on the funding criteria confirmed by the City Board.

An info event will be held on the City of Helsinki’s resident engagement grants in Teams on Wednesday 24 March 2021 at 17:30–19:00. The types and the funding criteria of the City’s resident engagement grants and the electronic grant system will be presented at the info event.

The application period for general and operating grants for resident engagement in 2022 will start on 1 April 2021 and end on 30 April 2021 at 16:00. The application period for small grants has started in January and is still going on.
