Partnership units

The Partnership and Development Unit of Sports Services is tasked with partnership, development and assistance activities in sports, space reservations, and providing exercise activities for the City of Helsinki’s staff. The Partnership and Development Unit’s main task for sports clubs is to promote civic activity. Our primary target groups are sports clubs, associations and organisations that promote physical activity.

As part of Cultural Services and Support, the Cultural Services and Support Partnership Unit provides cultural and arts education services that complement the City’s cultural offerings and prepares arts and cultural grants and permits for basic art education.  The unit does its part in preparing and implementing the decisions made by the Culture and Leisure Divisional Committee and the Culture and Library Sub-committee.

The Youth Services Partnership Unit promotes the operating conditions and partnership activities of youth organisations, civic organisations and youth groups and prepares youth grants.
