In early summer two new Heka locations will be completed in Verkkosaari, Kalasatama. The addresses of the locations are Pilkkikuja 2 and Verkkosaarenkatu 6.
The application period for the apartments will begin on 25 February. You can apply for these apartments by filling a Heka application on our website. If you already have a valid application, you can edit the application and add the apartments to it. You can find more information about the apartments on our marketing site. The tenant selection for the apartments will begin on 11 March at the earliest.
Pilkkikuja 2
The location has 65 apartments in two buildings. The sizes of the apartments range from 32 square meter one room apartments to 92 square meter family apartments. The apartments are fully accessible. Each apartment features a glazed balcony or balconette. Each apartment also has a heated storage compartment. The estimated completion of the buildings is on 30 May.
Verkkosaarenkatu 6
has a total of 101 apartments, of which 20 are service housing apartments for people with developmental disabilities. The building and all the apartments are designed to be fully accessible. Almost all the apartments have their own glazed balcony or terrace. The estimated completion of the building is on 30 June.
