New Heka apartments in Jätkäsaari available for applying

Two new Heka buildings in Jätkäsaari will be completed in spring 2025. The buildings are located in Tahitinkatu 1 and Tongankuja 1. 

Tongankuja 1 will have 52 apartments. There are apartments from one room apartments to four room apartments, with sizes ranging from 36 to 99,5 square meters. The buildings have a landry room, drying room, clubroom and storage available for tenants. The top floor has a sauna. Smoking is prohibited. The building will be completed approximately 28 February, and the application period begins on 10 December.

Tahitinkatu 1 will have 76 apartments. There are apartments from one room apartments to five room family apartments. Sizes range from 31,5 to 106,5 square meters. The apartments have a glazed balcony or a French balcony, and some of the ground floor apartments have a small private yard. The building has a club room, laundry room, drying room and a sauna. Smoking is prohibited. The approximate date of completion is on 31 March, and the application period begins on 17 December.
