A new Heka location will be completed by the end of May in Oulunkylä at the address Maapadontie 2. The application period for the apartments will begin on 4 March. You can apply for the apartments by filling in a rental apartment application on our website. If you already have a valid application, you can edit the application and add apartments to it. You can also get more information about the apartments on our marketing site. The tenant selection will begin on 18 March at the earliest.
The building will have apartments ranging from one room to three room apartments. The size of the apartments ranges between 32.5 – 76.5 square meters. Every apartment has a dish washer and a glazed balcony. The apartments also include a warm storage space in the attic of the building.
The design of the building focuses on accessibility and communality, with various communal spaces available to tenants. The building and the apartments are accessible. The building has a shared club room, sauna, laundry room and various storage spaces.
The estimated completion of the building is on 31 May.
