Phone service provider changing in health and social services – brief disruptions possible

The changeover will take place over several days between April and May. Call-back services will not be affected, so for example, appointment booking for health stations and maternity and child health clinics will continue as usual.

We are switching our mobile service provider between April and May. The change will not affect our call-back services, so for example, appointment booking for health stations and maternity and child health clinics will continue to operate as usual. However, brief disruptions may occur with some of our other phone numbers on the following dates:

  • 28–29 April – Hospital, Rehabilitation and Care Services: Please be prepared for brief disruptions to our phone services if you are calling, for example, Senior Info, home care, senior centres or the Laakso, Malmi or Suursuo hospitals.
  • 5 May – Health and Substance Abuse Services: Appointment booking for health stations and dental care will continue as usual. Brief disruptions may occur if you call other health and substance abuse services.
  • 8 May – Family and Social Services: Appointment booking for maternity and child health clinics will continue as usual. Brief disruptions may occur if you call other family services, social services or disability services.

Our phone numbers will remain unchanged. Online services will be available as usual.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
