Tell us what matters to you in Helsinki’s health and social services – take part in our resident survey

We would like to hear how you think the health and social services of the City of Helsinki should be developed. What is your view on digital services? What is important to you when visiting one of our service points? Our resident survey opens on 7 October 2024.

Share your views about the services that are important to you. The electronic version of the survey is available online from 7 October to 1 November 2024. You can take part in the survey yourself or help someone else to do so.

You can also take part in the survey using a paper form, available from 7 to 18 October at the following locations during the service points’ opening hours:

  • Helsinki-info at Central Library Oodi, Töölönlahdenkatu 4
  • Helsinki-info at Cultural Centre Stoa, Turunlinnantie 1
  • Senior Info in Hakaniemi, Siltasaarenkatu 2

The online survey can be completed in Finnish, Swedish, English, Russian, Somali or Arabic. The printed, paper version of the survey is available in Finnish, Swedish and English. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. The survey answers will be analysed and reported in such a way that individual respondents cannot be identified from the data.

– I encourage Helsinki residents to take part in the survey because their responses will really make a difference. We will use the results of the survey to develop our services and plan for the future. We want to provide residents with ever better services that meet their needs and preferences, says Juha Jolkkonen, Executive Director of the Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division of the City of Helsinki.
