The route to the main entrance

• The 2 accessible parking spaces are located outdoors over 10 meters from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is at least 3.6 meters.

• The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
• The route to the entrance is guided, smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated and it uses movement-guiding surface material.

The main entrance

• The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
• Pääsisäänkäynti on aina lukossa. Sisään pääsee näppäilemällä koodin tai soittamalla kohdevastaavalle. Ulkopuolisissa lasiovissa ei ole kontrastiteippauksia, tuulikaapin sisäpuolisissa on.
• The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens easily manually.

The entrance "Pietari Kalmin katu 7"

• The main entrance parking spaces may be used for this entrance as well. The distance from the parking spaces to the entrance is over 10 meters.
• The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
• The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.
• The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated.
• The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
• The customer service point is located on a different floor than this entrance.

The additional entrance

• Pietari Kalmin kadun puoleista sisäänkäyntiä käytetään lähinnä varareittinä. Se ei ole esteetön: heti sisäänkäynniltä alkavat kapeahkot portaat.
• Sisäänkäynti johtaa suoraan kapeahkoon portaikkoon. Se ei ole esteetön. Ovi aukeaa koodilla tai kulkutunnisteella.

In the facility

• The customer service point has 6 floors.
• Hissi toimii kulkutunnisteella. Rakennuksen kaikissa käyttökerroksissa on esteetön WC (kerrokset 1 - 5).
• For moving around, there is a lift, which can hold a wheelchair; the door opens automatically. The floor numbers in the lift can be felt with fingers. The button for the exit floor stands out from the other buttons. (The minimum dimensions for an accessible lift are width 1.1 m and depth 1.4 m.)
• The doors in the facility are hard to perceive. The glass doors have contrast markings.
• The facility has an accessible toilet on the entrance floor.
• There is a second accessible toilet on floor 2.
• There is a third accessible toilet on floor 3.
• The service point has a fixed induction loop in the meeting room (with active T-sign), assembly hall (with active T-sign).
