Over 20 restaurants and cafés will participate in Smaku Helsinki, and prepare tasting portions, known as Smaku dishes, designed to showcase the essence of their establishments. Smaku dishes will be announced in August at smakufestivals.com(Link leads to external service), with prices ranging from €5 to €15.
In Helsinki, localism will be celebrated by bringing Smaku to three different areas. In September, we’ll experience Smaku Downtown, Smaku Kallio, and, unique to Helsinki, Smaku Sea.
