All feedback is carefully processed and compiled into a comprehensive feedback report. Quarterly, we conduct a thorough feedback review, which offers a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ experiences with our services.
Social and Patient Ombudsperson
Our mission is to advocate for the realisation of clients’ and patients’ rights in healthcare, social welfare and early childhood education. We can advise you on submitting a reminder, complaint or patient injury report. However, we refrain from making decisions or taking positions on medical treatments or the conduct of medical personnel.
Structural social work
In structural social work, we observe and study phenomena and develop services. Our goal is to prevent social and societal problems. We identify and emphasise areas that require improvement and development. We also provide information about the current phenomena in the field of social work.
