You can support your mental health with everyday acts. Mental well-being does not refer to perfect happiness or the lack of difficulties – it is the ability to encounter life’s challenges. Take care of your daily rhythm: move, eat well and rest enough.

Physical well-being supports the mind. Processing your emotions and having close relationships strengthen your resources.
